Products: Form, Features, Customization, Performance Quality, Conformance Quality, Durability, Reliability, Repairability, and Style.
Services:  Ordering Ease, Delivery, Installation, Customer Training, Customer Consulting, Maintenance and Repair.
Pick a product/brand (either a product or a service) and discuss how that brand utilizes one or more of these dimensions to differentiate itself.  How successful are they in terms of differentiating themselves against the competition?
Design
Mention and discuss a company/brand (other than Apple) that you think is using “design” as a way to differentiate themselves.  Try to use a different company than used in prior section.
