Reviewer #2: Overall, the manuscript does not read well as there is no transition between ideas. The manuscript requires a native English speaker to correct grammar and misspellings (example no fundings where provided for this study should be no funding was provided for this study) and improve the flow of writing. This will include correct abbreviations (TENS is transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation), addressing the word nectrotomy which I cannot find a definition for, revision of the key words (the words introduction and conclusions are not appropriate key words). Until this paper undergoes extensive revision from this standpoint, I cannot adequately assess the science related to the article.
