For this assignment, you will first reflect on a patient portal based on tools in the Health Literacy Universal Precautions Toolkit (attached below). Begin by reading the introduction to the Toolkit. Second, you will conduct an observation of health literacy demand of the environment of the same health organization. Begin by reading the introduction to the Health Literacy Environment Activity Packet (attached below). Structure of the Paper 1) Introduction including a description of the health organization. a. Patient Portal Feedback (form on pp. 138-140 of the Toolkit that is attached below) For the first part of the assignment, choose one of your patient portals of a health organization you visit on a regular basis (doctor, clinic, etc). Pull up your patient portal on your device and observe it before filling out the Patient Portal Feedback Form. After filling out the questionnaire, write in detail your thoughts about this portal. Your paper should have the following order: 2) Positive aspects of the portal.
