Each student will write an essay that explains and applies one of the moral theories from Unit 2 of the course to an example case, like the ones we discuss during class time. These essays need to:
explain the important moral concepts from one of the three moral theories accurately,
present an example case that provides an illustrative example of a moral issue,
identify the features of the example case that are relevant to the moral theory that was explained,
offer an analysis of the example case according to the moral theory that was explained that accurately applies the important moral concepts of the theory.
