Asana: Internal Rotation Standing Postures: Prasarita Padottanasana (wide legged forward fold), Ashwa Sanchalsana (high lunge), Anjaneyasana (low lunge & crescent lunge), Parsvottanasana (pyramid), Virabhadrasana 3 (warrior 3 & standing splits)
Pranayama: Ujjayi (victorious breath)
