Submit a essay that is approximately two to three pages double spaced (excluding any title page you may chose to include), typed in New Times Roman, font size 12 with one inch margins. Be sure to cite your sources and / or give credit for any material derived from sources other than yourself.
If your essay is not submitted in this format it will not be given a score.
This essay is worth a maximum of 60 points.
Note: The goal of written assignments in this course, especially essays and DQs, is to encourage you to think critically regarding the set of assumptions, beliefs and perceptions you have on a given topic, then take those ideas and marry them with what you learn from your text reading and from other sources such as experts in the relevant field (from the internet, other media or in person) to arrive at a thoughtful and well-reasoned response to the question(s) posed. Those assignments submitted containing only your personal perspective will rarely receive the maximum possible credit.
Be sure to cite all sources you may have used in your writing using the following format: Authors name, title of source, version / edition, publisher, pages, date of publication, web link where applicable. If you are directly quoting phases or full sentences, use the following format example: children raised in institutions were deficient in emotional and personality development (Hunt p.358).
Please address the following
Develop a Strengths / Weaknesses / Opportunities / Threats (SWOT) analysis for a well known company.
Be sure to provide as much explanation as is reasonable for each entry such that a person not familiar with the industry your chosen company operates in can readily understand the situation (given the roughly two to three page length constraint).
