Over the past 7 weeks, you have learned about Orientation, Globalization & Cross-Cultural Business, Political Economy and Ethics & Economic Development of Nations, International Trade Theory & Political Economy of Trade, Foreign Direct Investment & Regional Economic Integration, International Financial Market & International Monetary System, International Strategy and Organization & Analyzing International Opportunities, Selecting and Managing Entry Modes & Developing and Marketing Products, and Managing International Operations & Hiring and Managing Employees. Our assignment will give you the opportunity to highlight something you would like to learn more about and why.
Instructions
For this Assignment, there are two parts you need to complete This should be a written paper for both parts. Point to take away here, there are two parts and they are separate as mentioned in your graded rubric. You will have two parts with 750 words or more for each part and they are graded separately.
Note: In Part 1, you have two options to pick from. Part 2, everyone will answer.
Part 1 – Pick Option 1 or Option 2
Pick an option that connects to you, your choice (Option #1 or Option #2):
Option #1: Research an International Company (pick a company of your choice), the only catch is they cannot conduct business or operate a division in the United States. What topic did you find from our readings, videos, or simulations that relates to the company and why you would like to learn more about it? How will learning more about this topic benefit your learning in the field of international business?
OR
Option #2: Was there a company highlighted in our readings, videos, or simulations you find beneficial? Describe why you would like to learn more about it? How will learning more about this company benefit you whether in your current position or a position you would like to apply for?

Part 2:
This part of your assignment gives you an opportunity to pick topics that we covered in class from your chapter readings, video lessons or simulations that you would like to know more about.
What are three topics you’ve learned about throughout this course. Your goal will be to connect these topics to your own experiences, interests, understandings, and ideas for future development.
Reference requirement for Part 2: You are required to include at least two resources (besides the text) that you will be using.
The main idea is to pull together major topics that we’ve covered, and connect those ideas together through the lens of your own personal experiences and future development. In other words, how do the ideas we’ve talked about connect with your own background and your future goals and directions.
Make sure you are using academic sources; blogs are not appropriate sources for a research paper so be careful not to include any blogs or “opinion-based” sources. See the requirements below for your formatting options.

Each of the assignments listed above, Parts 1 and 2 are separate in respects to format. Both parts are to be written papers. Format:
Written Assignment (MS Word or PDF): 750 Word minimum (Option #2, written minimum is 200 words per topic).
APA requirements, grammar, etc.
Also, make sure to include supporting documentation for references in APA format.
