1. Total Debt Ratio
Total Debt Ratio = Total Debt/Total Assets
2. Debt-to-Equity Ratio
Debt-to-Equity Ratio = Total Debt/Total Equity
3. Equity Multiplier
Equity Multiplier = Total Assets/Total Equity
4. Times Interest Earned
Times Interest Earned = EBIT/Interest Expense
5. Cash Coverage
Cash Coverage = EBITDA/Interest Expense
The order I placed was to write about the leverage category and reading through the professors instructions, I also had to calculate the ratios
