On a recent business trip to Orlando, Florida, you decide to stay at the Hyatt Regency located inside the Orlando International Airport. This is one of your favorite hotels not only because of its convenient location, but because the rooms are always clean, the staff is friendly, and the happy hour in the lobby bar is fantastic.
When you get to your room you notice some items missing from the minibar. Concerned you might be charged, you call the front desk and let them know. The man at the front desk says he will notify housekeeping and assures you there will be no charges to your account.
After returning home, you notice a charge on the folio of $75 for various minibar items. You are upset since you were assured you would not be charged. No one else was with you, and you did not take any items from the minibar.
Write a letter to the Hyatt Regency requesting a refund of the charges. And remember, you would like to stay there again.
