Read the attached articles and address the questions.
Diversity Matters
Waiter, is that inclusion in my soup? A new recipe to improve business performance.
A. Considering the data presented in both articles, describe at least three similarities and at least three differences in the data between the two articles. Include images/screenshots of any graph, diagrams, charts, or tables from the articles (with citation) needed to help support your information.
B. What are the limitations to the data you reviewed (i.e. were there generalizations, were the sample applicable to the conclusion made, did the researchers include sufficient Diversity in the sample? What additional data would you like to have or questions you would like to see answered regarding the data? Explain.
C. Using the data and information presented in the articles, what can you conclude about the benefits of workplaces who emphasize the need for and seek to create diverse, inclusive and equitable environment?
Part 2.
1. Find two additional credible/scholarly sources and describe at least 5 strategies that promote inclusive environment in the workplace?
2. How do those inclusive strategies improve relationships and productivity? Provide at least 3 examples?
