In order to be an effective partner to another organization, each has to enter into a more formal agreement that dictates how the partnership will work. One way to begin formalizing a partnership is to publish a memorandum of understanding, or MOU. An MOU describes the cooperative relationship between organizations that wish to work together. It lists the responsibilities of each party, clarifies expectations, and prevents misunderstandings. For this Assignment, you will publish an MOU with the organization you identified in this weeks Discussion.
