Students are required to write a paper that explains the foundations, principles, and protocols of each of their areas of study, or disciplines. This is a research paper, not an opinion paper which means your arguments and claims must be supported by appropriate references and sources.
For this part of the assignment, you will be submitting a rough publish of the paper.
***I refer here to Discipline 1 and Discipline 2. If you have 3, you should also write about that one. If you only have one (African American studies, for example), only do it on that field.***
Your paper should indicate as specifically as possible the following:

Why you care about the topic/topics you are writing about, how does it connect to your future career?
