I will be judged on my desire to be in broadcast. Some of my desires to be in broadcast are Im very camera friendly, have a great personality,creative with coming up with stories,i also like being part of a team and woking toghether,and my sister was Broadcast last year and always came home with stories so I wanted to join in on the fun.
