Plan, create, and deliver a 5 to 10-minute video presentation on diversity in the workplace.
The presentation must include a discussion on how to incorporate diversity into an already existing business that has been found guilty of violating Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
There are two goals: (1) explaining and defending the benefits of diversity in the workplace with sufficiently persuasive information and data, and (2) identifying and describing the Diversity Implementation Plan that will lead to a statistically proportionate representation of diversity within their organization.
Create a 5 to 10-minute presentation using PowerPoint, charts, graphs, images, etc.
You can include very short youtube video clips, quick visits through a website, and guest speakers. If used, they must add significantly impressive glamour to your presentation.
The presentation will be created through a screen-recording platform. Make sure you set up the camera to capture your gestures, expressions, visual aids, and the sound of your voice as you work your way through the presentation on your computer.
Organize your notes in a way that allows you to maintain eye contact with the camera.
At least two scholarly sources (from ProQuest or LexisNexis) must be used to obtain the information for your presentation.
Follow APA rules (in-text and references page) or Bluebook rules (embed citations). For APA, provide a final slide for your References page.
Proofread and edit before submitting (grammar, fonts, colors, spacing, visual aids, professionalism).
Save the presentation as an MP4 file and upload it as an attachment.
Alternatively, a hyperlink to the presentation can be provided if it is saved to a web-based drive (like Google Drive or iCloud).
