Assignment: You will be engaging in a Simulation from SchoolSims called Administrator: First Week on the Job. We believe that Experience is the Best Teacher and that simulations are the most effective way to build experience in a safe space. SchoolSims simulations are written and produced in conjunction with practitioners to create virtual scenarios where participants face difficult situations with conflicting priorities in a safe, consequence-free environment.
When you are finished, you may close the simulation. Please explain YOUR Scorecard in a ONE-page word document. Provide the percentages for each category. Explain your learning objectives, and your choices to respond and reflect on the content and topic of the Simulation. What did you learn? What are your thoughts, ideas, and solutions to the scenario? This paper should be 2 pages minimum.
