As the newly hired operations supervisor in HIM, you have been asked to develop a Project Plan for pre-assessment, training and post-training assessment on advanced skills in using Excel and SPSS, in preparation for the increasing amount of requests for data analysis. As part of the plan, you should include research into various training products and resources. Your department now reports to the VP of Decision Support Services, Susie Smartie. Ms. Smartie would like to begin the training ASAP, with the goal that all data analysts will be trained by December 1, 2022. Use Microsoft Project or other project management software such as Project Libre to define the tasks, dependencies, resources, and times for the project. Follow the Project Management Life Cycle, and include all anticipated activities from Initiation through Closing.
