You and your fiancée are planning to marry. You have set the date as April 25th, Because its not too hot, not too cold, all you need is a light jacket. Your father has set a budget of a maximum of $25,000. Due to travel restrictions the wedding must occur in your hometown.
You should consider yourself as the Project Manager, and your father as the project sponsor.
1. Use one of the estimating methods from the textbook (Top down: consensus, ratio or apportion / Bottom up: template, parametric, range) for your teams work to create a Work Breakdown Structure for your wedding plans. Address why you chose this method
2. Code your WBS first in chart form (using Words SmartArt tool) and then in Microsoft Project tabular form in a Word document. See the example below.
3. Create the other items (as appropriate) in the Project Scope Checklist on Page 107. (ex major deliverables, limits and exclusions, etc)
4. Be sure to address the triple constraint trade-offs on page 111. Address which are constrained, enhanced or accepted, and why
