Things to discuss and analyze: how many parties, and who is contractual to whom. What are the solid line relationships, and what are the dashed line relationships?
Under what circumstances (or project objective) would you use the project delivery method you have chosen?
What are its advantages and disadvantages of using that method?
And, how you (again, as the owner) guard yourself contractually against those disadvantages?
