double spaced using 12 point (none bold) Times New Roman font, 12 pages numbered,
and structured in accordance with the APA format. Two or more scholarly journals
(excluding textbook).
Cannot use previous assignments and scholarly journals to answer the questions.
Place the completed Project in the submission box as a Word Doc Attachment by
Sunday, 11:30am.

Final Project:
Your organization has a junior management position available. You have been ask by
your HRD to create a vacancy announcement to include the job classification description.
Then you will need to design a set of interview questions to include the following types
of questions biographical, situational judgment, behaviorally anchored and work
knowledge items. You will also need to determine if a work performance sample outside
the interview setting would be useful or critical for a high-quality selection process,
explain why or why not. Then you would take the three candidates and setup a matrix of
no more than five factors, give weights to the factors, and score and rank the candidates.
Once you have selected the most qualified candidate. Then create a training program
that will train the newly hired individual to the position, the organization, and provide an
evaluation criteria format for the overall training performance.
