A. Please prepare a report for Robin Hood that includes: Within the next few hours, Robin Hood expects your team to provide her with:
(a) A rundown of the issues she needs to address
(b) An appropriate action plan that includes:
a mission,
a set of performance objectives,
a strategy for dealing with the issues/problems she needs to confront, and
the action steps that will need to be taken to implement the strategy effectively.
Please provide supporting analysis and persuasive argument for your recommended course of action (you must convince her to do what you suggest!), and you need to be specific about what to do and how to do it. You must show mastery of the business unit strategies and concepts discussed throughout the semester.
Your report should be at least 8 pages but no more than 10 pages, plus it should include an introduction and a conclusion to the analysis of this case. Use the Gamble text as a reference and include, at least, five outside academic sources to your analysis.
