To write your response paper note, you need to follow these three steps for each reading using proper citations: 1) Outline the most important/interesting things that were discussed in the articles (50% of the grade). 2) The questions that came to your mind when you were reading the materials: things that didnt make sense to you, things that you didnt understand, things that were baffling to you, or something that was interesting for you and youd like to know more about. Also, avoid using broad questions or questions that are already answered in the reading materials (20% of the grade). 3) Demonstrate critical analysis of the readings and discuss the issues that you do not agree with from the readings. For example, you might read about an HR practice, but you may not agree with the usefulness of it (30% of the grade).
