were discussed that may influence the future of training. Pick at least two
of these trends and compare them with the
traditional methods of delivering a training program using skilled and
experienced trainers in a live classroom. Address how the trends you choose
will influence training. Using two library resources and two internet
resources, write a four-to five-page paper summarizing these trends, and how
you see the trend specifically influencing training and development. Using
