Narrative Speech
You will prepare and deliver a short narrative speech in which you tell about an event in
your life that taught you a lesson.
The speech will last for 4 minutes.
You will not use a PowerPoint – I want to see how you interact with your
audience, not with a visual aid.
I will specifically be watching your introductions, conclusions, and transitions.
I will make special note of your body language and eye contact.
