I have attached my meeting notes from that meeting with the client. Based upon my meeting notes please prepare a list of potential witnesses and/or places we can obtain evidence and supporting documentation relating to this matter.
Once you have created that list please prepare a draft complaint for the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas. I have attached an example of a complaint for you to work off of. Well include the exhibits later. For now just get the shell of it done and when we have more information well fill the complaint in. Youll need to refer to the Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure to be sure you are including all of the necessary forms and so forth.
