Your paper must be divided into three sections.
Section 1 Introduction:
This section (which is usually not labeled) begins the paper and should include an introduction to the topic for research that you have chosen.
Section 2 Literature Review:
This section should be written in narrative form using a minimum of FOUR research journal articles or other scholarly materials related to your research that have been published recently enough to still be relevant and applicable to your topic. Although you should always ensure that your sources are still applicable to current legal practices (regardless of publication date), it is especially important to ensure this is so for sources that may be older than five years.
Section 3 Summary:
This section is a summary of your readings and findings. Your concluding paragraph in the summary should be a brief narrative of your informed opinions and ideas as they relate to your topic and how this topic will help you as an educational leader. This is the only paragraph where your informed opinions may be included.
References must be included on the last page of your paper with the word References centered at the top. You must list the references cited in the body of your paper using the APA format.
This assignment must be written in keeping with the most recent version of the APA handbook.
