Ill leave this one more open, and it can connect to any issues of jurisdiction, criminal law, and criminal procedure that you want. Of course, you are welcome to continue with a topic tied to criminal jurisdiction in Indian Country. Frame your pieces somewhat similarly to an argument, but in this case your writing can include I statements and connect to your own experiences, beliefs and ideas along with the more impartial evidence. Be specific in your position/ central point to give yourself a clear framework to follow and logic to build.
As with the previous assignments, submit a well-organized essay of around 2 pages. If you have incorporated any additional sources beyond course materials, be sure to cite those appropriately.
