This is a report about my experience observering Ms.Schiflets class at Gilmer elementary school. Ms. Schiflet was a great teacher who knew how to discipline her kids. When she wanted there attention when they were distracted or too old she would count to 10 or turn the lights off to get their attention. She set the classroom up so that everyone is facing her and she has the desk lined up in rows. When a student answered a question right or did a good job they would get a snack or get a reward sticker on there wall and get there planned signed with signatures on it. The curriculum being taught was English and ot was basic English to understand what is needed to be done. And Ms. schiflet teaching styles were very unique she got her students involved and never had the classroom not enegaged.
