This is a Human Resources Letter, someone in HR
The letter is referencing a person that accepted a teachingt position, and was challenged by many obstacles. (1) Not a trained teacher with a willingness to learn, (2) Learning how to understand the use of the curriculum for the first time, one completely unknown, (3) learning how to prepare a lesson plan, find the best way to reach children, communicate with others, while feeling inadequate to many and asking but being afraid to ask questions, learning a system never used before, and asking for understanding while the students knowing that the teacher is very new, and taking advantage of the new teacher, refraining from reaching out to parents and administration, becasue the teacher feels it is temporary. Preparing to introduce change, because the teacher now knows this is a recurring pattern of the students, and recognizing administrations lack of confidence in the new teacher who entered without any training. The teacher now decides to get the training needed for first time teachers, and stop asking everone around for help. Asking the administration to grant them some patience to come up to par, as seven weeks is near impossible to be able to grasp everything about teaching for the first time. Anything else that can be incormporated will be greatly appreciated. ONe keep point is that the teacher will submit a weekly report on the weeks event in the classroom, and report to one person for guidance as opposed to many who hall have a different ways and means of doing things. It is unfair to judge a new person with those who have beeen teaching for many years and are more understandable with the procedure. Understandingg there is aa very strong desire to learn and know the dynamics of teaching, your humble understanding is greatly appreciated and respected.
This would be the gist of the letter. Being employed for only seven weeks is an insufficient time, to grasp all understanding of teaching
In the beginning, I beleived that there would be continuing training for a period of time.
