This is a group final project. The course is marketing management. The final project ask us to design a new company or product by ourselves and using all the couse materials and marketing know apply into it. We decided to develop a product called Wash X. The idea comes from when started out volunteering in the old people’s apartment. Find out that it can get difficult and dangerous for elderly to shower. Come up with the idea of self-washing machine. Innovation on more add-ons such as makeup remover, self-washing, massage, skin care and so on. Every sale will denote potion to our program to “support home for elderly.” Our positioning statement : To middle or high income households who want to ensure an elevated washing, WashX is a next level experience that not only helps create an equitable and inclusive shower experience but also enhances your life with long term benefits like makeup removal, tanning and other skin care services (dermatological benefits). Therefore, this is bascially our ideas about the product that we design.
We have already divided parts. I will do these below:
Marketing Mix: In this section, you develop a marketing mix (product, price, promotion, and place) to solve the marketing problem and to achieve the objectives. Apply digital marketing techniques (online, social media, and mobile) along with traditional methods.
Financial Projections: Include a sales forecast and an expense forecast (forecast of expected costs of marketing). Provide your best estimates.
Implementation Controls: Outline the controls for monitoring and adjusting implementation of the pla2n. Spell out the goals and budget for each period (month, quarter, or year), so management can review each period’s results and take corrective action as needed.
To summarize, my part include 5-6 pages’ ppt slides with 5-6 pages report corresponding to it. Besides, I need every slide with the speaker notes. I have attached all course presentation slides and presentation and report rubirc and instructions below. Must read all of the ppt and instructions because the prof asked for using class materials and what we learned to apply to this final project.
