There is one reading below that you need to read and then form questions that can be used to be asked in a group discussion to start a conversation about the reading with other peers. Please ask the questions with some form of the following criteria in the questions after doing the reading: include assumptions the author makes, is there anything to distinguish between what the authors data allows them to do and what they
would be able to do with the ideal data, question the external validity of the results, and draw
policy implications from the conclusions. Please come up with around 5-7 questions about the reading with these contexts. You dont need to answer the questions you ask, I just need you to read it and as you read put down any questions that you had while reading while keeping some of the criteria bolded in each one.
