There has been a distinct shift in the process of recruiting staff from so called traditional methods, towards use of social media, and other online options. Explore, analyse and review this shift and explain the advantages and disadvantages of these new methods.
Six criteria will be used to assess the essay:
1. Demonstrated links to appropriate readings, with consistent academic referencing style (Harvard, or APA)
2. The scope of analysis and links to theories
3. Depth of analysis
4. Presentation of a convincing argument
5. Clear summary, or conclusion
6. Clarity of expression and error-free language
Please Note: respectfully, some students may be required to defend their essay submission by way of viva voce with an academic staff member. This is required to monitor integrity of authorship of work submitted. It is imperative students keep a log of the various versions of their work and be ready to submit them on a request basis.
