The HRM is extremely important within the aviation industry, in order to achieve a successful recruitment and to select the most skilled candidates to become part of the airline. HRM defines the right criteria that the applicants should comply with, in order to cope with the job’s requirements and the demanding training, moreover to follow the IATA, EASA and the airline’s regulations. HRM should be organised and function in such a way not only to support the airline, but also to assist and guide the employees both with practical issues (medical certificates, visas, airport and company’s IDs’) and personal ones, such as psychological support, etc.
