In this task you will investigate a number of hospitals that have exemplary policies and practices that might be useful to you in trying to improve the quality of care at Mercy Hospital.
Step 1: Investigate the 12 hospitals.
Access and read about each hospital. Investigate their best practices related to patient-centered care. Hospital Profiles:

Step 2: Make a table of practices
Make a table that has each hospital name and best practice(s). You will use this as a reference as you begin to devise a new plan for Mercy.
Step 3: Devise a new plan for Mercy
With what you have learned about other hospitals’ best practices, devise a plan to address the issues at Mercy. Be sure it is specific to the problems described in the Mercy Hospital Case study. The plan should address patient-centered care that is of high quality and safe. Your plan should be reasonable for a community hospital and presented a creative manner using materials such as legos, play dough, etc.
