So, I need the basic chapters 2 and 3 and the resulting merging of the 2 topics so that I have an adapted Organizational Resilience Model in which CSR is integrated, with the corresponding literary argumentation why CSR has to be a part of Organizational Resilience. For now i see the possibility to merge those topics via ISO-norms guess this will be more obivous by having written the basic chapters. Important is to have a solid model for the further work.
I will then use this model as a basis for further work and expert interviews. (This is not part of the assignment)
In the word file there are already some first links to some sources. Please feel free to adapt new ones/better ones. Furthermore, i added some sources as pdf i have already found, but unfortunately i haven´t dived into them yet. Maybe they are useful.
