Resource Booklet:
This project is to help you locate services for families in YOUR community.
The resource booklet is a word type document containing 25 community resources entries.
This assignment requires: table of contents and must be categorically organized.(I.E.: Housing, Medical , Library, Clothing, Counseling).
* EACH SERVICE MUST BE LISTED IN THE TABLE OF CONTENTS under the proper category. You may wish to reference a textbook for formatting a table of contents.
* The table of contents MUST be at the beginning of the assignment.
Religious organizations can ONLY be listed IF they provide outreach to their community not just religious services.
The entries must state the name of the organization, , phone number, email, web site, address of the non-profit organizations, and what resources they provide.
(You may use information from student interviews in class but you cannot use two of the same places. )
7.6 points per resource =190 pts
5 points per table of contents
5 points for organization & categories
Total = 200 pts
Note: Passing this assignment with a 70% or better will earn you the CFC3 badge.

ALL work must be double spaced using Times New roman 12 font . Failure to follow this will result in an automatic 50% off the paper.
Each item MUST be numbered 1-25 or the assignment will not be graded.

Follow the format below & all of the entries must include:
The name of the organization
Phone number
Email address & web site: if unavailable, please state that fact. You may have to research through the web site to locate an email address. Please state if the contact information is through a website contact form or a social media site.
Address of the non-profit organization: if a domestic violence site, there may not be a physical address . This MUST be stated.
What resources/ services are being provided: This must be written using completed sentences. Bullet points are acceptable.
