You wrote an introduction already. The introduction should include purpose of the study, need for study, and contributions to the prior literature.
Research questions should be based on the purpose of the study and need for the current study. Based on that, you can establish research hypotheses. Research hypotheses should be simple and clear. Research hypotheses could be either directional or non-directional depending upon research topic and methods. In the research hypotheses, dependent variable (study outcome) and independent variables (causes/effects) should be clearly stated. I highly recommend you search and review the prior literature on the topic that you selected. It will be helpful for you to set up the hypotheses and guide the direction of your study.
