Prepare an Outline of your strategic plan using the Case Study: CMC (ATTACHED)
Use the format in the attached Strategic Planning Template
Provide a cover page; type in the title of your paper, your name, and the date
The main headings of your outline should be in Roman Numerals (I, II, III, IV).
Provide an outline that includes the key elements identified in the template. An outline contains only 2-3 sentences describing the planning, process, and reason for planning.
The outline should be no more than three pages (including the Executive Summary).
In the work plan table, select a strategic issue and describe the strategy, actions, responsibility, and timeframe.
Provide a Reference Page with three peer-reviewed journal articles
