Please conduct independent research on operations management using scholarly, peer-reviewed articles in order to understand the process of managing operations.
Then please create an infographic outlining the process for completing a task. You can use a task from home, school, or your work but need to clearly explain the process involved in its execution using your creativity. Post the infographic and/or the link to your infographic directly into the discussion forum. Be sure the topic is clear, i.e. if you are creating an infographic on how to bake a pie, make sure it is clearly titled.
