Review Chapter 6 in your text.
Create a 68 slide PowerPoint® presentation with audio narration and speaker notes.
In the presentation describe and explain each of the following five core operational strategies focusing on the questions noted below (one strategy for each slide):
Is Preventive Patrol effective?
How would an Incident responder handle a robbery?
How would the police handle an Emergency response?
How would the police begin a Criminal investigation?
How can police departments increase diversity to improve problem-solving?
What is an ancillary operational strategy used by the police?
Explain how law enforcement agencies utilize operational strategies to achieve crime-fighting goals.
Note: This assessment requires outside research. Use at least two credible sources beyond the text material, including one from the Library and one from a credible online resource, and discuss how you evaluated the credibility of the resources used.
You may consult the Library, the internet, other course material, and any other outside resources in supporting your task, using proper citations in APA formatting and citation style.
PowerPoint Formatting
Use one basic slide design and layout.
Text large enough to be read by your audience (font size 2034 points).
Limit slides to between 68 lines of content.
You may use pictures, charts, and graphs to supplement your material as long as they do not take up the entire slide.
Use bullets for your main points.
Use speaker notes to fully explain what is being discussed in the bullet points as though you are presenting to an audience, and be sure to follow Standard English (correct grammar, punctuation, etc.).
Must include audio narration. You will use the speaker notes for each slides narration. No more than 10 minutes in length.
