Marketing Assignment (Part 1)
Instructions
Part 1 will consist of your creation of portions of a marketing plan for a health care organization clinical service. This project will be done in two parts, and you will get feedback that will enable you to revise the plan and submit it for the final stage. The appendix of your textbook, beginning on page 730 is the resource for your plan. You are to select a “real” healthcare organization in any geographical area of the U.S. The more data the organization releases on the internet, the better. I fully expect you to take creative liberties with data that is unattainable… in other words, make it up.
Example: You may choose to do your marketing plan on cardiology services at Grace Medical Center in Lubbock. You will want to analyze Grace’s cardiology services internally along with external factors such as the competitors in the area, ex. Lubbock Heart & Surgical Hospital, UMC Health System, Covenant Hospital, Sunrise Canyon Hospital, Texas Tech Medical Center, etc.
“Part One” will consist of completing Roman Numerals I through II . I expect each section to be a minimum of ½ page, double-spaced, 12-point font. Cite all sources in APA 7th edition format. The assignment should be neat, organized, and error-free.
Make sure and label the sections using the same ones in the template. So your Part 1 paper should have the following headers (exactly as outlined below) and look like below:
I. Executive Summary (Textbook pages 730-731)
