Keep a food journal for three days. Track every time that you eat something. Try to answer these questions: Why were you eating (hungry, time to eat, bored, etc.) Next, try to identify what type of hunger was involved. Finally, think about something else you could have done besides eating if you were not really “hungry,” especially if you may have eaten recently.
I usually eat vegan meat, chicken
I eat a lot of veggies like asparagus, coliflower, tomatoes, etc
sometimes 3 out of 7 days of the week I drink or eat iceccream
