Hello, I need a letter of study intent/research proposal for admission in universities. I want to apply for a PhD in Organizational behavior and Human Resources. I had a publish already, I will send it with my resume (no personal info on it) so that you can understand why I am applying and put it in better words. These are the elements I want to be clearly stated in the letter:
-My research proposal on Organizational behavior ( I will add a paper about it)
-the reason why I want to switch fields (if you believe itll give me more chances to be accepted)
-My past experience as a volunteer and how much I was involved in my university
-My entrepreneur spirit (I am the co-founder of an import-export company based in China)
-The fact that I am looking for a second chance in a different field with a different school in a different country where most research topics arent taboos for foreigners.
-My willingness to work hard as I have always done through my life to get to a PHD level (my studies were stopped after my high school graduation for 3 years because I couldnt afford to go to school and I got my bachelor degree through a scholarship).
-How much I am eager to rub shoulders with my peers and not be academically isolated ( I had depression due to this, I enjoy interacting with people and lockdowns here made it impossible).
-Anything thruthful you can add that will give me a better chance
-I havent published any of my paprs yet, hopefully you can turn that negative into a positive
