For this writing assignment, you will write a paper in which you analyze a visual piece of art that tells a story. That piece of art can be a movie, TV show, Youtube Video, or any other visual media. You are not writing about if you think the work is good or bad. Instead, you should identify a major theme or idea that the artist is using in their work, and find examples throughout the work to support your claim. You should also make it clear which appeal (Logos, Ethos, Pathos) is being used and how you know.
My suggestion is to choose a movie, because it will be much easier to analyze with the time allotted. If you choose to write about something else, please clear it with me first.
