Diamonds in the Data Mine
Our organizations are swimming in data, from customer loyalty cards to transactional records, to user’s profiles, and on and on. So one of the questions for us, as managers, is; how can we increase the value produced, productivity and leverage from the data and IT resources that we already have (and have paid for)?
