Aspiration. A hope or ambition of attaining something that drives me to want to attend Xavier University of Louisiana . Every day, we get to pick who we want to be in the world, and I, Kelsea Allen, have decided that I want to be a LEADER. Why take the lead? because being a leader differs from being a boss. As a leader, Ive taken the initiative to assist others in a variety of ways. Certain events have given me the ability to accept my leadership skills. From what I have studied about Xavier, it is one of the best schools to attend to obtain a medical degree. Not only does the academics attract me but the culture got me interested. To be able to study among people like me in so many ways is a plus. It is impressive to be amongst such diversity.
