Include two nursing interventions that will assist with role mastery for yourself related to the identified role problem. These two nursing interventions must be beneficial and specific to you and related to your particular situation. You can look up nursing interventions in Pearson and google nursing interventions for the role problem you chose. Make sure to utilize Complimentary Alternative Medicine [CAM] therapies, health screenings, lifestyle changes, self-care activities, etc., specific to your identified role problem. List one resource (video, tik-tok, website, article (if using an article it has to be peer-reviewed and different from the article you use for your reference/citation), etc. that explains or helps understand your identified role problem. Make sure you include it as a working link or copy and paste it into your discussion board for your peers and grading faculty to be able to access it. Make this activity useful for you. Your initial posting must be at least 200 words in length and meet the criteria included in the rubric. PEER RESPONSES (TWO ARE REQUIRED)Respond to two classmates’ initial postings regarding their authentic role problem. For each peer response, identify one possible nursing intervention specific to your classmate’s role problem that will assist with role mastery related to their type of role problem. Ensure you utilize a different nursing intervention for each person you respond to. Ensure the nursing interventions in your responses are different from the ones you used in your initial posting. They also need to be patient-centered. You can look up nursing interventions in Pearson and google nursing interventions for the role problem you peer wrote about. Provide feedback on the resource provided to explain or teach peers about their role problem. Did you find it helpful to understand the role problem? Compare and contrast your classmate’s role problem with another role problem different from the problem you wrote about in the initial post and different from each peer response you post. Each of your peer responses should address a different role problem, and the response role problems must be different from your initial posting. In other words, you will have discussed a total of three different role problems by the time you complete this assignment.
