Development of a Project Cost Estimate Problem Statement and deliverables-Prepare a comprehensive quantity and cost estimate for a small commercial project (Drawings are attached). The estimate should include the following components: • Office and job overheads • Excavation • Concrete and reinforcement • Masonry • Metals • Finishes The drawings provided are not comprehensive so you might have to make some assumptions related to the quantities and cost. If so, please include a list of assumptions in the beginning of your final report. You also have to prepare an estimate summary sheet at the end (sheet is attached as an Excel file)
