When was this house built?
It appears the house was sold in October 2016. At what price?
Go to zillow.com. What is the z-estimate for the house?
What is the zestimate for rent?
What price is the seller trying to get?
Assume the owners (who purchased it in October 2016) lived in the house for one year
and use their z-estimate to get the increase in home value, what will be their return on the
house for the period? Assume the true price of the house equals the answer to #2 plus the
amount of improvements they have put into the house since January 2016 (based on the
real property database information). Assume the cost of upkeep is 3 percent of the true
price. Use the rental zestimate for rent not paid.
