Journals (as dental hygiene) Students are required to keep record of most significant clinical experiences for each clinic session and enter in a Clinic Journal. The journal entries should include a specific skills objective, identification and analysis of strengths and weaknesses; progress toward clinic goals and outside resources used to supplement clinical knowledge.
