Procter and Gamble’s A. G. Lafley stated that in 2000 “stretch,  innovation and speed were the order of the day” but admitted the  approach didn’t quite work for P&G. Interestingly, Reckitt Benckiser  employees, both past and present state that their success is based on 3  areas: “speed, focus and culture”. How is it that “speed” has a  positive impact on Reckitt Benckiser yet may have hampered P&G’s  approach to innovation?  Discuss in detail.
